BIG RUN BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, an incident of Harassment occurred on March 26 on East Main Street, in Big Run Borough, Jefferson County.
Police say 29-year-old Joseph Francis Meckley, of Punxsutawney, allegedly threatened to punch a known 17-year-old Big Run male.
As a result, Meckley was cited with a charge of Summary Harassment.
A non-traffic citation will be filed at Magisterial District Court 54-4-02.
