PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – Police have charged a Punxsutawney man with multiple offenses including fleeing or attempted to elude an officer.
According to online court documents, Michael C. Clark, 31, of Punxsutawney was charged on September 11, 2015 with the following offenses at District Court 54-03-01 in Punxsutawney after an incident on September 9, 2015:
- Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer – Misdemeanor 2
- Driving with a license suspended or revoked pursuant to a DUI or controlled substance violation – Summary
- Failure to stop at a stop sign – Summary
- Failure to use a seat belt – Summary
- Signalling improperly – Summary
Court documents indicate Clark is awaiting a preliminary hearing as of September 14.
