YOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an altercation occurred around 5:20 p.m. on March 20 at the Walston Club parking lot, in Young Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, Caley M. Phillips, of Punxsutawney, allegedly became involved in an altercation with a Rossiter woman at the above described location.
Phillips allegedly knocked the victim to the ground and struck her several times in the face, police say.
Harassment charges against Phillips were filed with District Court 54-3-01.
