Punxsy Man Accused of Road Rage Set to Appear in Court Tomorrow

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) — A Punxsutawney man accused of ramming a woman’s SUV during an incident last year is set to appear in court on Wednesday.

According to court documents, 41-year-old Dallas Shields Milliron III, of Punxsutawney, was charged with reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

Milliron was also charged on November 30 with several offenses relating to an incident on the same night in Perry Township. They include two DUI counts and three summaries for disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, and failure to use a seat belt.

A summons was issued for Milliron to appear for a preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 7, in both cases in District Judge Jacqueline J. Mizeroc’s office.

According to a criminal complaint, State Trooper Malloy interviewed the victim on October 30 at the Punxsutawney barracks. She said Milliron called and told her and another man to meet him at a business to discuss a video he has of them having an affair.

After both arrived at the business, a verbal argument began. Then, Milliron left to drive to the man’s home to tell his girlfriend about the affair. The man’s girlfriend told Milliron to leave, and he did, the complaint states.

Later, the victim left the man’s residence, and she saw Milliron pull out behind her. He then pulled alongside the victim and struck her vehicle, causing it to drive off Gresock Road in Young Township, according to the complaint.

Cpl. James McIntosh took five photos of the victim’s Nissan Xterra, showing damage to the rear left and a broken left mirror.

Trooper Malloy then interviewed Milliron on November 10 at his home. Milliron said he remembered the argument with the victim and the man about the affair, and he also remembered being at the man’s house and then leaving. After that, Milliron said he only remembers waking up in a hospital bed at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital from crashing his vehicle shortly after leaving the man’s home, according to the complaint.
