Punxsy Woman Accused of Threatening to Kill Victim With Firearm

MCCALMONT TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police say a Punxsutawney woman is facing charges for threatening to kill a family member with a firearm.

Punxsutawney-based State Police initiated an investigation into a report of terroristic threats on Thursday, November 18.

Police say a known 28-year-old Punxsutawney woman reportedly related that she was going to kill her aunt, a known 59-year-old female victim from Anita, with a firearm for calling Child and Youth Services.

The incident took place at a location on Main Street in McCalmont Township, Jefferson County.

Police say charges are pending through District Court 54-3-02.
