NEW BETHLEHEM, Pa.“If we don’t see you today, we’ll still be here tomorrow,” has been Ron Seidle’s motto since starting Redbank Chevrolet in 1995.

Redbank Chevrolet owner Ron Seidle has been involved in the automobile industry for 37 years.

“It is time for me to slow down a bit,” said Seidle.

Redbank Chevrolet was acquired by Seidle in 1995, from the Willison family.

“I have been discussing the sale of my business for several months, and I am excited to announce the transition to the new owners. The new owners, Mike Hindman, Jody Britton, and Mike Heffner, will be a perfect fit for this business and this area,” stated Seidle.

“Jody Britton and Mike Heffner have been with me for a long time. They have stuck beside me through so much adversity. It was important to structure this deal in such a way that they could have an ownership share in Redbank Chevrolet, a business they helped me to create, grow, and prosper.”

“Mike and Jody have been key to my success over the years,” said Seidle.

Mike and Jody started working with Ron in the automobile business in 1992. Jody has been the Sales Manager at Redbank Chevrolet since 2015. Mike Heffner has been the business manager since 2000.

Mike Hindman, the majority owner, has been a life-long Clarion County resident and is a partner in M and B Services of Clarion and M and B Redi-Mix of Clarion and Brookville.

“Mike Hindman brings with him the business experience he has gained through his years with the M and B Group,” said Seidle. “After talking with Mike Hindman, I knew his business experience combined with the automotive experience of Jody Britton and Mike Heffner would be a strong combination.”

“What the M and B Group has been able to accomplish is remarkable,” said Seidle.

The M and B Group employs 70 plus people.

Hindman stated, “I truly enjoy living and working in this area. It is very rewarding to have the chance to work with so many great people. I look forward to this new opportunity.”

The overall customer experience will remain unchanged under the new ownership.

“Our goal here is simple – continue to be Clarion County’s Truck Headquarters and make each experience for our customers a positive one.” said Britton.

“Redbank Chevrolet prides itself on a friendly, no pressure environment. The old saying, ‘What can I do to put you into this car today’ doesn’t happen at Redbank Chevrolet.

“We don’t have ‘managers’ we need to discuss each deal with. We don’t try to keep each customer in the dealership for hours in hopes of wearing you out. We don’t call and bother you for weeks after you stop in. We truly aim to remove all the negative aspects out of the car buying experience,” said Britton.

“Redbank Chevrolet has success making the car and truck buying experience enjoyable and offering many services other dealerships don’t offer. Due to the volume of trucks we sell, we are providing a loaner truck program. When you buy a truck, most people buy it to use it, so if it’s in for service often, it’s imperative to have a loaner truck. We now provide that service free of charge to our customers. We also will pick your vehicle up for services and drop it off after it’s repaired.”

“We have the best service department in the tri-county area,” said Heffner.

Service Manager Jeff Houdek said, “Our goal in our service department is 100% customer satisfaction. We strive for that every day and will continue to exceed our customer’s expectations.”

Seidle will remain a part of Redbank Chevrolet for at least the next five years.

“I love this business and our customers. I will slow down a bit, but these guys are going to be stuck with me for a long time,” stated Seidle. “Being able to bring all the right people together to create a future plan for Redbank Chevrolet was imperative for me. I needed to know Redbank Chevrolet will be here indefinitely before I could consider selling it. As this plan progressed, I knew we had a winning team,” Seidle said.

“I feel confident in saying: ‘If we don’t see you today, we’ll still be here tomorrow at Redbank Chevrolet.'”
