BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Police say around 3:40 a.m. on December 21, retail theft was reported at Mike’s Supermarket in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, 69-year-old Rocco D. Pangallo of Brookville allegedly was caught with two bottles of hot sauce in his coat pocket by a store manager.
A second offense misdemeanor charge was filed at Magistrate Bazylak’s office.
