YOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, around 7:00 p.m. on August 28, a Retail Theft occurred at WalMart Supercenter, in Young Township, Jefferson County.
Police say 19-year-old Cassidy Lynn Douglas, of Big Run, was allegedly witnessed by a WalMart Asset Protection Employee removing two headbands and a pair of sunglasses from the store’s shelves and attempting to conceal them on her person.
According to police, Douglas was confronted by the Asset Protection Employee and was allegedly found to be in possession of said items.
Charges for Retail Theft have been filed at District Court 54-3-01.
