Reynoldsville Man Arrested for Controlled Substance DUI

Police sirenSANDY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police report a Controlled Substance DUI arrest was made in Sandy Township, Clearfield County.

Police say a 30-year-old Reynoldsville man was stopped on Route 119 for a summary traffic violation at 9:29 p.m. on September 18, 2015.

During the stop, the he was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and related drug paraphernalia.

Police determined that the suspect was driving under the influence and he was subsequently taken into custody.

Charges were filed through MDJ 46-3-01, according to police.
