WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say an assault occurred on Point View Road, in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on April 23, 70-year-old Terry Allen Forrest, of Reynoldsville, and a known woman engaged in a verbal argument which resulted in a physical altercation.
Police say Forrest allegedly punched the victim in the mouth.
He was arrested and charged with Simple Assault in District Court 54-3-02.
