Reynoldsville Man Charged With Theft By Deception in Punxsutawney

Legal-scales-books-gavel-Image-1024x681[1]PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – A Reynoldsville man is facing charges of theft by deception in Punxsutawney.

According to online court documents, Michael Spuck of Reynoldsville, was charged on September 30 with third-degree misdemeanor theft by deception through false impression and with summary issuing of bad checks.

The charges are related to an incident that allegedly occurred on August 11.

Spuck is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing set for 10:30 a.m. on December 2 with District Judge Robert Chambers presiding.
