Reynoldsville Woman Hospitalized After Vehicle Slams into Tree, Rolls Over in Clover Twp. Crash

CLOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, a one-vehicle accident with moderate injuries occurred around 12:15 a.m. November 22 in Clover Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, the crash occurred as Adriana M. Foradori, 21, of Reynoldsville, was traveling south on State Route 28 in a 2008 Ford Focus.

Police say Foradori allegedly traveled into the north lane of the roadway for unknown reasons.

As Foradori was steering back into the south lane, her vehicle began to slide in a southwest direction.

The Ford Focus slid for 69 feet and traveled off the west edge of SR-28.

Foradori’s vehicle continued for 25 feet before impacting the side of a tree, say police. After impact, the vehicle spun clockwise 180 degrees and rolled over.

According to police, the Ford Focus came to a rest on its roof 25 feet south of the tree in the west berm of the roadway.

Foradori suffered moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to Altoona Hospital by Jefferson County EMS.

Police say Foradori was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

PSP Punxsy were assisted at the scene by McPherson Towing, Pinecreek VFD, and Summerville VFD.
