WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say around 8:58 a.m. on November 8, a one-vehicle accident occurred on Wayne Road, west of South Pancoast Road, in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, 33-year-old Jamie R. Beach, of Reynoldsville, was traveling west on Wayne Road in the right lane, and her 1994 Ford Ranger slid on oil on the roadway.
The vehicle slid off the roadway onto the north berm, struck an embankment, and overturned. It came to a rest on its roof on the road, blocking the westbound lane, police say.
Beach suffered minor injuries.
Falls Creek Borough VFD assisted at the scene.
