Ronald A. “Butch” Seger

Ronald A. “Butch” Seger, 79, of Rossiter, PA, died Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Family Hospice Inpatient Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

He was born August 131, 1936 in Rossiter, PA, the son of the late Shernan John and Robina (Johnson) Seger.

Butch was married to Mildred Janet Stiteler, who preceded him in death.

He worked as a laborer for the Interstate Amesite Co. of Punxsutawney, PA

Butch is suvived by one step-daughter, Pam Rake and her husband, Ted of Big Run, PA; one brother, Harold Jack and his wife Mary Jane of Rossiter, PA; and one sister, Geneva Rypzcyk of Sharon, PA.

He is also survived by three step-grandchildren, Philip Carcella, Todd Carcella and Lacey Shaffer and by numerous nices and nephews, including Ronnie Seger and his wife Sherry; Terry Seger and his wife, Rhonda; Louie Bonicalzi and his wife Beth; Brenda Tomko and husband, Dan; Keith Rypzcyk; Cheryl ?Cistekki and Sandy Crouse and her husband, Eddie.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Charles “Spark” Seger and by one sister, Emogene “Dot” Seger.

Friends will be received at the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home in Punxsutawney, PA on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8.

The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Paster Joe Spack officiating.

Interment will follow at the Pearce Cemetery in Rossiter, PA.

The family suggests that donations in memory of Butch be made to the Family Hospice Inpatient Center, 310 Fisk Street, Pittsburgh, PA.
