Rosemarie (Boldin) Jurcevich

Rosemarie (Boldin) Jurcevich, age 83, DuBois, PA died Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the DuBois Nursing Home.

Born January 31, 1933 in Armagh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Sopchik) Boldin.

On May 22, 1954, she married Daniel J. Jurcevich. He preceded her in death on September 28, 2011.

Rosemarie was a homemaker. In her earlier years, she worked at the Courier Express newspaper.

She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church. She loved music and sang with several choirs.

Rosemarie is survived by a son: Bruce K. Jurcevich and his wife, Karin of San Jose, CA; a daughter in law, Desiree Jurcevich and her husband, Ken Caliari of DuBois, PA, a brother, Robert Boldin and his wife, Marcelia, a sister, Patricia Clarke; a brother in law, Jack Brady and four sisters in law, (Nancy (Korber) Boldin; Valeria (Jurcevich) Trovato; Dolores Jean (Jurcevich) Jorkos; Agnes (Jurcevich) Rudolph), along with numerous nieces and nephews; three grandchildren (Summer, Shelby, and Saige Jurcevich), two step grandchildren (Stephanie (Heller) Visniesky and her husband, Derrick and Zachary Heller), and two great grandchildren (Harper and Nolan Visniesky).

Rosemarie was preceded in death by two sons (Daniel J. and Michael D. Jurcevich), two sisters (Elizabeth McGreehan and Bernadine Brady) and a brother (Roy Boldin).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 from 4-7 P.M. at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home.

A Scriptural Wake Service will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 P.M. from the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 10 A.M. from St. Catherine’s of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant.

Burial will be private in Morningside Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to the charity of the donor’s choice.
