Rossiter Man Accused of Dog Law Violation

state_policeCANOE TWP., Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, a dog law violation allegedly occurred yesterday on Railroad Street, in the village of Rossiter, Canoe Township, Indiana County.

Police say around 4:35 p.m. on August 14, 43-year-old Charles Michael Leseman, of Rossiter, was cited for a summary Dog Law violation after it was allegedly found that his dog was not properly restrained and had been running loose through the village of Rossiter.

A summary non-traffic citation was filed at District Office 40-3-01.
