Rudolph T. “Rudy” Slack, Jr., 78, DuBois, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Christ the King Manor after a lengthy illness.
He was born October 16, 1938 in DuBois, PA; son of the late Rudolph & Helen (Gresok) Slack, Sr.
Rudolph was married to LaVerne (Stebel) Slack, she survives in DuBois.
As per Rudolph’s request there will not be any visitation or services.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Leo Nedza Funeral Home of DuBois.
