She was born on May 28, 1938, to the late Frank and Lillian (Thompson) Scott in Reynoldsville, PA.
Samantha married Robert “Wes” Smith; Wes preceded her in death.
Samantha was a member of the Beechwoods Church where she loved to sing in the choir. She also loved crafts and making quilts.
Samantha is survived by two sons; Darin Smith and Wesley (Lynn) Smith, both of Reynoldsville, PA.
