PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney Police report an incident of harassment took place along Greenwood Avenue in Punxsutawney Borough.
According to police, on September 11, 2015, a Punxsutawney woman reported being contacted on four separate occasions via telephone by a man she identified as Scott K. Schell of Sandy Lake.
Schell allegedly made threats against the woman by using lewd, lascivious, and obscene language, police say.
Police report they plan to charge Schell with harassment as a result of the incident.
