Sandy T. Kear, 57, of 225 Turkey Track Lane, Reynoldsville, died late Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, at her home.
Born in DuBois Sept. 24, 1957, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Jean E. Thomspon Uplinger.
On May 19, 1978, she married Wade A. Kear Sr. He survives and lives in Reynoldsville.
Sandy was a 1975 graduate of Brockway Area High School. She was a homemaker.
She was Methodist by faith.
She is also survived by two sons, Wade A. (Amber) Kear of DuBois and Kevin A. Kear of Reynoldsville; a daughter, Wendy D. (William) Rushnok of Punxsutawney; five grandchildren: Kaleb and Autumn Kear, Marlene Kear and Zoey and Madison Rushnok; and a brother, Daniel E. Uplinger of Brockway.
At Sandy’s request, there will be no public viewing or services.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Bernard P. Synder Funeral Home in Reynoldsville.
