An Iowa woman whose Powerball ticket sat unchecked for nearly two months eventually sat down at her computer and discovered she had won $1 million.
Karen Harger of Glenwood told Iowa Lottery officials her Powerball tickets usually accumulate for a few weeks before she sits down to check them, and her tickets for the Nov. 4 were no exception.
