Say What?!: Grandfather Buys $1M Winning Lotto Ticket on Father’s Day

HAMILTON, N.C. – A lucky father of five, and grandpa of another five, had an extra special Father’s Day this year when he purchased a scratch-off ticket and discovered it was a million dollar winner.
