Say What?!: Man on Stolen Walmart Scooter Leads Police on Low-Speed Chase

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – A bystander captured video footage of a low-speed chase that occurred after absconded from Walmart on a motorized shopping cart.

Police said the man was stopped without serious incident and the Walmart store declined to pursue charges.
