Say What?!: Excess Soap and Rain Cause Giant Mass of Soap Suds in China

NANNING CITY, China – A Chinese village was left with a giant soapy mass of suds after a person cleaning plastic bottles let too much soap go down a drain.

The excess soap started to bubble when rain fell into the drainage area, stirring up the soapy water, and causing a huge mass of soap suds to form.
