DOLTON, Illinois – Illinois State Police said a pickup truck drove onto the back of an empty car carrier truck Thursday while it was traveling on Interstate 94.
Police said the car carrier stopped about 3:30 a.m. Thursday on the Bishop Ford Freeway in the Chicago suburb of Dolton because the driver felt a jolt and thought he might have blown a tire.
