ROSTRAVER, Pennsylvania – An overturned tractor-trailer on a stretch of Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania tied up traffic for several hours by covering the roadway in Twizzlers licorice.
The Rostraver Central Fire Department said the truck collided with a barrier in a construction zone about 11:40 p.m. Wednesday and overturned, spilling its load of candy onto the road.
