Say What?!: Tinder-Style App Matches People with Dogs

LITHUANIA – A Lithuanian developer has created a Tinder-inspired app to allow users to swipe through photos of adoptable dogs.

The app, which is now available in the Google store, also includes some basic information about each dog, such as temperament.
