Say What?!: Lock of Beethoven’s Hair to be Auctioned Today

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Famous auction house Sotheby’s will be auctioning a lock of Ludwig van Beethoven’s hair on Tuesday.

The lock, which is nearly 200 years old, is expected to bring high bids between $15,000 and $19,000.
