Say What?!: Slug Blamed for Rail Outage in Japan

KYUSHU, Japan – Authorities say a power failure that led to massive delays on a railway in Japan was caused by a tiny slug.

According to officials, a slug made its way into some sensitive equipment and came into contact with an electrical cable, burning the slug and causing the power failure.
