HAMILTON CO., Iowa – A woman is refusing to cough up $35 for a ticket she received at the age of 15 for not wearing a seat belt.
The woman says she’s still upset that the officer who issued the ticket was more concerned over the seatbelt than the fact that she was, at the time, a teenage runaway riding with a strange man.
