SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – An Illinois resident was baffled by a postcard that arrived at her home, addressed to a previous residence and postmarked 26 years ago.
Kim Draper, of Springfield, Illinois, is hoping to find the people from the card, though she has not found any promising leads yet.
