Say What?!: 25,000 Bees Removed from Staten Island Ferry Terminal

STATEN ISLAND, New York – A New York Police beekeeper unit responded to the Staten Island Ferry terminal recently to remove a swarm of 25,000 bees discovered in an awning.

The bees were all safely relocated and no injuries were reported.
