Say What?!: Town Breaks Guinness Record for Watermelon Eating

WATER VALLEY, Mississippi – A small town in Mississippi set a new Guinness World Record by gathering 754 people to eat watermelon at the same time.

The 50th Watermelon Carnival, organized by the Water Valley Area Chamber, featured 754 people eating watermelon at the same time at the Crawford Sports Complex, obliterating the previous record of 259 people.
