GLEN ALLEN, Va. – A neighborhood in Virginia has been plagued by an odd set of pranks: someone wearing a TV shaped mask has been leaving old televisions on neighborhood porches.
Local police say more than 50 televisions have been left in porches in the area, leading them to believe there may be multiple people involved.
