GATLINBURG – Gatlinburg, Tennessee is putting 4,000 scarecrows on display in an attempt to set a new Guinness World Record in time for Halloween.
Volunteers are putting the scarecrows up all around the city in hopes of breaking the current record of 3,812 scarecrows set by a town in England in 2014.
