Say What?!: Dog Missing From Florida Home 12 Years Ago Found in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – A toy fox terrier that got loose from its Florida home 12 years ago was recently found in Pittsburgh.

The dog, named Dutchess, was found under a shed in Carnegie, and her microchip led to the discovery of her owner in Florida, who had held onto hope and continued to pay to keep her microchip registered.
