Say What?!: 190-Pound Dog Carried Down Mountain Trail

SALT LAKE CO., Utah – Rescuers in Utah had to come to the rescue of a 190-pound dog that suffered exhaustion while hiking the Grandeur Peak trail in the Salt Lake City area.

Floyd, a 3-year-old, 190-pound mastiff was hiking with his owner when he became too exhausted to descent the trail and had to be carried down the mountain before the temperature dropped.

Floyd and his owner allegedly took a wrong turn during their hike, leading them to go much further than they intended, and causing the dog to become exhausted.
