Say What?!: Miniature Horse Spotted on California Commuter Train

OAKLAND, California – A miniature horse has recently become a viral star after being photographed on board a Bay Area Rapid Transit system train in California.

Officials say the owner provided paperwork showing the horse, now lovingly dubbed the “BART pony” online, is registered as a service animal.
