RIGA, Latvia – A thirsty cat wandered onto the set of an interview with the mayor of Latvia to drink from the politician’s mug.
Nils Usakovs, mayor of Latvia’s capital city of Riga, paused in the middle of the interview and stared lovingly at the bold feline as it walked along a table and began to drink from the mayor’s mug.
