TAIYUAN, China – A Chinese man donned a cartoon bear costume to conceal his identity when he claimed an $87 million lottery jackpot.
The man dressed in the yellow bear suit Monday morning when he visited the Shanxi province facility to collect his $85 million winnings, the third-largest jackpot in the history of the Shanxi lottery, and he kept the costume on when he spoke to the media.
