ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. – A man dressed in a costume resembling a car seat was found to be responsible for reports of a “driverless van” in Virginia.
Residents of Arlington County reported an unmarked gray van, that appeared to have no driver, cruising up and down local streets while driving cautiously and keeping up with traffic.
