Say What?!: Father Hands Out Candy on Plane So Daughter Can Trick-or-Treat

BOSTON – A father came up with a clever idea to allow his daughter to go trick-or-treating as they flew from Boston to San Francisco.

Stephanie Kahan, a passenger on the flight, shared photos of the young girl as she walked down the aisles of the plane.
