Say What?!: Giant Spools Fall from Truck on Texas Highway

HOUSTON, Tx. – Drivers on a Houston highway had to swerve to avoid two giant spools that fell from a truck — just weeks after a near-identical incident.

The two spools fell from a semi truck Monday afternoon on Interstate 10 and drivers were seen swerving to avoid colliding with the large objects.
