NGHE AN, Vietnam – A driver on a road in Vietnam recorded footage of a group of young thieves in action, tossing sugarcane from the back of a moving truck.
The three kids the back of the truck grab fistfuls of sugarcane and throw them to the side of the road, where they are collected by another group of kids.
