BEPPU, Japan – The mayor of a Japanese city has pledged to construct an unusual “spa-musement park” after a concept video reached more than a million views.
The city of Beppu posted a video to YouTube last week showing amusement park visitors enjoying rides that had been modified to allow the riders to soak in water from hot springs, or onsen.
