Say What?!: Pit Bull Parade to Celebrate Overturned Ban

PAWTUCKET, Rhode Island – A Rhode Island group that trains pit bulls to be service dogs is celebrating a town’s ban on the breed being overturned with a pit bull parade.

The Pit Bulls for PTSD nonprofit, which trains put bulls to become service animals for autistic children and people suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, said pit bulls and their owners are being invited to march with the group Sunday in Pawtucket to celebrate a court striking down the city’s ban on the breed.
