Say What?!: Raccoon Gives Birth in Back of Convertible in Florida

MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. – Animal rescuers were called to a Florida auto shop for an unusual situation — a pregnant raccoon had broken into a convertible and given birth in the back seat.

The Wildlife Inc. Education and Rehabilitation Center posted photos to Facebook showing the scene rescuer Devon Straight was confronted with when he was summoned by employees at an auto detailing shop on U.S. 301 in Manatee County.
