JIHUA CITY, China – An escaped ostrich in China’s Zhejiang province was caught on camera running at the side of a stretch of highway and racing cars passing by a toll gate.
The video footage, captured Monday, shows the 6-foot-tall ostrich running through a toll gate in Jihua City and racing cars at the side of the road.
The ostrich ran in front of a truck at one point, nearly causing a collision.
