SAINT PETERSBURG, Russia – A Russian man with a penchant for vehicles is turning some heads with his “Ultratank” creation: a Bendley Continental GT customized with tank treads in place of the original wheels.
According to Konstantin Zarutskiy, the project took about seven months and also required discussion with authorities to have the vehicle dubbed street legal.
