TUNBRIDGE, England – A British man visiting his local shopping center captured video of an unusual fellow shopper — a raccoon riding a scooter.
Twitter user Bobby Bewl posted a video to the microblogging site of the raccoon riding the scooter while being led by its owner, who appears to also be filming the pet while leading it with a leash.
